Rod Mill Facility
Aluminum rod Plant consists of 3 state of the art Properzzi Mills. Its capacity ranges from 2.5MT to 4.5MT/hr, with OTT coiler. The metal cleanliness is maintained by degassing to remove entrapped gases and metal filtration systems to remove foreign material. The mills are well equipped to produce international quality wire rods. Process control department ensures that the process is carried out under stringent internal norms. The chemical composition is ensured using state of art spectrometers. Experienced professionals test mechanical properties and conductivity using most modern equipments in a highly equipped laboratory. Each and every coil is visually inspected before clearing it for packing and despatch.

Packing
The packing provided is sea-worthy. The coil is stretch-wrapped with silica gel pouches kept inside in contact with the metal. Then the coil is wrapped with layers of expanded polythene, HMHDPE. LDPE and HDPE woven fabric, one over another. The coil is then placed on a wooden pallet in eye-to-sky position; circumference is wrapped with rubberized board. A wooden frame is placed on top and the whole arrangement is strapped with steel strap.
